Pierre Giraudon
Pierre Giraudon (1923-2012) was a French sculptor and designer known for his work in resin during the 1970s. His lamps, tables and objects use cast resin, often with inclusions of fractured glass or pigments, to create luminous, sculptural forms, notably the fractal resin tables. His work anticipates later experiments in resin design. Collectors seek his lamps and tables for their luminosity and optical depth.
