Niels O. Møller

Niels O. Møller (1920-1982) was a Danish furniture designer and cabinetmaker who founded J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik in Højbjerg in 1944. His dining chairs, notably models 71, 75 and 77, in teak, rosewood and oak with woven paper cord or upholstered seats, are models of Danish craftsmanship and comfort. Many were produced continuously for decades. Collectors seek early sets in rosewood with original seats and maker's marks.
