Walter Antonis

Dutch designer active from the 1960s to the 1980s, known for seating produced by leading Dutch manufacturers. His SZ14 lounge chair for 't Spectrum, from around 1971, and his dining chairs in saddle leather for Metaform in the 1980s show a clean, structural approach with visible frames and carefully stretched leather. Collectors appreciate his pieces for their comfort and restrained Dutch modernism.
