Sébastien Touret

Sébastien Touret, born in 1950, is a French sculptor and furniture maker, son of Jean Touret, founder of the Artisans de Marolles. Continuing the family tradition, he works primarily in wood, creating carved furniture, lighting and sculptural objects with organic, expressive forms. His work extends the craft based modernism of his father's workshop. Collectors look for signed pieces with strong carving and a natural patina.
