Peder Moos

Peder Moos (1906-1991) was a Danish cabinetmaker and furniture designer renowned for his mastery of solid wood. He trained in Denmark and abroad, and his furniture relies on complex joinery, with few or no metal fittings, and on the natural beauty of oak, maple and other woods. He produced relatively few pieces, many made by hand. Collectors prize his work for its rarity and its exceptional craftsmanship.
