Mark Brazier-Jones

British designer born in 1956, Mark Brazier-Jones emerged in London in the early 1980s alongside Tom Dixon and André Dubreuil in the Creative Salvage movement. He creates furniture and lighting in cast bronze, aluminium and other metals, with a baroque, mythological imagination and a strong sense of craft. His pieces, usually made in small numbers in his own workshop, are collected for their theatrical presence.
