Manfredo Massironi

Italian artist and theorist, Manfredo Massironi co-founded Gruppo N in Padua in 1959 with Ennio Chiggio and Edoardo Landi, among others, a key collective of kinetic and programmed art. His work explores perception, optical rhythm and modular structure, and he later became a scholar of the psychology of perception. Objects and lamps connected with him reflect the same research into light, geometry and visual effect.
