Jonathan De Pas
Italian architect Jonathan De Pas (1932-1991) founded a Milan studio in 1966 with Donato D'Urbino and Paolo Lomazzi. Their collaborative work defined Italian pop design: the inflatable Blow chair for Zanotta (1967), the Joe chair for Poltronova (1970), shaped like a baseball glove, and later the Sciangai coat stand. Collectors look for original first editions, especially Joe chairs in leather and Blow chairs in intact PVC.
