Gert Nyström

Swedish designer active in the 1960s, known for glass table lamps produced by Hyllinge Glasbruk and also distributed by Fagerhult. His lamps have generous, rounded bases in coloured glass, in shades of oxblood red, blue, green, amber and white, often paired with fabric shades. Collectors appreciate their saturated colour and simple Scandinavian silhouettes, and matching pairs in good condition are particularly sought after.
