Gaetano Missaglia

Gaetano Missaglia was an Italian designer of lighting and furniture active from the late 1960s and 1970s. He is known for table and floor lamps combining Plexiglas, chrome and brass in sculptural, sometimes geometric compositions typical of Italian design of the period. His lamps are often made in limited quantities. Collectors look for pieces with intact acrylic elements and original metal finishes.
