Egon Eiermann
Egon Eiermann (1904-1970) was one of the leading German architects of the postwar period, known for the German pavilion at the 1958 Brussels World's Fair (with Sep Ruf) and the new Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church in Berlin. His furniture includes the SE 68 chair and his adjustable table frame, produced by Wilde + Spieth. Collectors value early editions in bent plywood and steel for their rigour and economy of means.
