Ébénisterie Seltz

Ébénisterie Seltz is a family cabinetmaking workshop in Mittelbergheim, Alsace, still active today. It is known among collectors for solid oak furniture of the 1970s, such as tripod chairs and tables with strong, sculptural forms that echo the brutalist and craft revival currents of the period. Pieces are made from massive timber with visible joinery and hand finished surfaces. Collectors look for sets in good structural condition with their original patina.
