De Coene Frères

De Coene Frères was a furniture workshop founded in Kortrijk, Belgium, by the De Coene brothers after the First World War. It grew into one of the country's most important makers, producing Art Deco furniture in the interwar years and modernist pieces after the Second World War, with a strong culture of fine veneers and solid construction. Collectors look for signed or labelled pieces, particularly Art Deco cabinets and seating in rich exotic woods.
