Atelier A
Atelier A was a Parisian publishing venture founded in 1969 by the painter François Arnal. It commissioned contemporary artists to conceive furniture, lamps and everyday objects, produced in limited editions and sold as affordable art for the home. The resulting pieces, often in lacquered wood, metal and plastics, carry the spirit of Pop and post-1968 experimentation. Collectors value them as rare meeting points between the French art scene and domestic design.
