Arlus
Arlus was a Parisian lighting manufacturer active from the 1950s through the 1960s. The firm produced floor lamps, wall lights, pendants and table lamps in brass, lacquered metal and perforated sheet, frequently with adjustable arms and conical or pierced shades. Its designs sit squarely within French post-war modernism, close in spirit to the work of Pierre Guariche and Serge Mouille. Collectors look for original lacquer, intact shades and the Arlus label.
