Angelo Lelii

Angelo Lelii was the Italian founder of Arredoluce, the lighting company he established in Monza in 1943. Working alongside designers such as Gio Ponti, Ettore Sottsass and the Castiglioni brothers, he also designed many of the firm's lamps himself, often in brass and lacquered aluminium with articulated arms and precise mechanical details. Collectors look for original Arredoluce production from the 1950s and 1960s, especially floor lamps and chandeliers in untouched condition.
